Our Mission is to serve those in need. The Salvation Army has a long history of community service and Ottawa Citadel is continuing in that tradition.

Delivering food to those in need

Food Baskets

  • We provide over 1,500 food baskets a year to people in need.
  • Call us for an appointment
Happy workers in the garden!

Community Garden

  • We grow fresh vegetables to supplement the food we distribute.
  • There are nine raised bed boxes and two accessible planters.
  • We are always looking for gardeners to weed and water!
Warm Clothes are important in Ottawa!

Emergency Vouchers for household goods and clothes.

  • Emergency vouchers are available for use at Salvation Army thrift stores.
